The Pre-Function Space is the grand hallway winding through the first floor of the hotel from CAVA Santa Fe Lounge past the Eldorado Grand Ballroom to the Anasazi Ballroom. This versatile area accommodates up to 24 vendor booths or information tables and serves as an outstanding reception setting for up to 300 guests.

Situated at the north end of the grand concourse, the Zia Ballroom offers enhanced privacy and a quieter atmosphere for your event. Spanning 2,160 square feet, the venue accommodates meetings, conventions, banquets, or receptions, and can be divided into three distinct rooms to suit groups of various sizes.

Designed for executive meetings and intimate strategy sessions, our Piñon (405 sq. ft.), Chaparral (405 sq. ft.), and Turquoise (330 sq. ft.) boardrooms feature modern technology, including wall-mounted 52-inch LCD HDTVs and conference tables with built-in connectivity compartments. For larger executive gatherings, our 720-square-foot DeVargas Boardroom provides an expanded, professional setting.

Our non-denominational chapel is equipped with full audio and live video streaming capabilities and customizable LED lighting. It is an elegant space for events and lectures.
