New Year's Eve tickets available at the door!

Join us New Year's Eve at Casa España from 8pm-11pm for an elegant evening of live music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, champagne, raffle prizes and giveaways along with an early champagne toast at 10pm to enjoy the countdown along with New York City. After the toast be sure to head to the plaza to wrap up the evening Santa Fe style. $150 plus taxes, fees, and 23% gratuity per person, must be 21+ with valid ID.

In honor of the 2025 Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, Eldorado Hotel & Spa is proud to present a special Five-Course Ferrari-Carano Winemaker Dinner on September 26 at 6:30pm. $195 per person plus tax and 23% gratuity. Reservations required.
