Designed as the center focal point of the hotel, CAVA Santa Fe serves as Santa Fe’s community living room and meeting space. The food design of the menu begins in the Basque region of Spain and follows the conquistadors’ journeys through South America as they traveled to the new world. The wine list showcases old world bottles of wine and exciting varietals. CAVA Santa Fe Lounge features live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights.
