Nidah’s Signature Body Wraps
Inspired by local ingredients, these signature wraps usually begin with a gentle skin exfoliation using a natural scrub or dry body brushing. Then you’re gently cocooned in a therapeutic masque and thermal wrap to stimulate circulation and add natural minerals to the skin. While your skin drinks up the nourishment, a scalp and foot massage coax you to a deeper state of relaxation. After the masque is removed, an application of hydrating Desert Sage Lotion leaves both your body and mind feeling deeply relaxed.

We begin our signature warming treatment with a dry skin brushing to stimulate the lymph and gently exfoliate the skin. Our hand blended Chili & Honey masque is then applied to stimulate circulation and warm the body. This is one treat you won’t soon forget.

Blue Corn & Anasazi Bean Cleanse (50 minutes, $130)
Our 500 year old Blue Corn and Anasazi legumes take center stage in this wonderful signature treatment. Blue Corn, considered sacred by the native people, is used to soften and purify the skin while Anasazi Beans help to clarify and tighten pores. We add herbs and essential oils to gently encourage total body detoxification and invite you to select from General Detoxification or Cellulite Support blends:

Chocolate Mole Mud Wrap (80 minutes, $175)
Our hand-mixed mole mud features natural clays from the Southwest blended with cocoa powder and regional mole spices of cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon to purify and nourish the skin. After a luxurious dry skin brushing, your body is enveloped in our warm, aromatic mole mud and lightly wrapped to retain natural body heat. A cleansing shower and application of hydrating body lotion is followed by a 25-mnute back massage to leave your skin nourished and your spirits refreshed.

Turquoise Sage Body Wrap (80 minutes, $175)
Features natural clays from the southwest blended with arinca to sooth tired muscles. After a light dry brushing, your body is then enveloped in our turquoise sage clay lightly wrapped for deep penetratrion followed by hydrating body lotion and a 25 minute back massage to leave you restored and renewed. |
