The Spun Gold Massage is an 80 minute treatment that begins with a lymphatic dry brushing of the body to exfoliate and increase circulation.  Hot stones are then laid out on the back, arms and legs.  Once the stones are removed a Swedish body massage is performed for relaxation.  Chakra stones are then placed with intention, on the heart, stomach, throat and forehead.  24 karat gold infused oil is used for the décolleté/shoulders and arms in a sweep to finish.   Price for the Spun Gold Massage is $180.

Throughout history, gold has been recognized for its luxurious and beautifying properties. Historians have long maintained that Cleopatra used pure gold as a tool to maintain youthful skin by reportedly sleeping in a gold mask every night.  Nidah Spa's Gold Facial is an 80 minute treatment that utilizes a 24 karat gold-infused collagen mask, in addition to a gold aqua cleansing foam and gold revitalizers.  The negative ions of the gold help to break down the skin's barrier to allow for deep penetration of the products.  The 24 karat Gold Facial reduces and improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, ultimately tightening and  brightening the skin and allowing for deep hydration.  Cost for the Gold Facial is $275.

Nidah Spa Therapist has The Golden Touch

It's not every day that one has the opportunity to indulge in a massage… unless, that is, you're an Olympic athlete and one of the world's top tennis players.  Thanks to Nidah Spa's Keith Murray and his golden touch, the 12 member U.S. Olympic tennis team, including Andy Roddick and Venus and Serena Williams, will receive the utmost in daily therapy and deep tissue treatments from Murray, mainly focusing on their legs, lower back, shoulders and arms.  Murray was selected by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to travel with the team as its sole team therapist for the Olympic Games.  According to Murray, who will be on call 24/7, he'll work on each athlete in between meal periods, practice sessions and tournament play according to their needs and schedules.  The Olympic tennis events are being hosted at Wimbledon, July 28 - August 5th.
