ELDORADO HOTEL & SPA SERVES UP LAVISH THANKSGIVING FEAST SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO . . . . . The Eldorado Hotel & Spa, will be offering a lavish holiday Thanksgiving Champagne Brunch and separate Thanksgiving holiday dinner on Thursday, November 22nd. Thanksgiving Champagne Brunch Eldorado Hotel & Spa's Executive Chef Anthony Smith, has designed a spectacular Thanksgiving Day brunch menu featuring traditional holiday favorites including homemade soups, chilled salads, a signature seafood display, carving stations of roasted turkey and prime rib, breakfast favorites from omelet stations to waffles and eggs benedict to an extensive selection of entrees including smoked pork loin and fajita-rubbed salmon and a delectable selection of desserts! Eldorado's Thanksgiving Brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Price for adults is $49.00; $39.00 for seniors; $25 for children ages 6 - 12 years old, and children 5 years and under are complimentary. Thanksgiving Dinner in The Old House Executive Chef Anthony Smith will be serving his award-winning cuisine paired with select wines at The Old Restaurant for Thanksgiving Dinner on November 22, from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Chef Smith has created a four course, prix fixe menu that features: · Organic Baby Lettuces with candied pecans, maytag blue cheese, apple and citrus maple dressing · Butternut Squash Bisque with chive crème fraiche or Ancho BBQ Shrimp with gouda grits and truffled watercress · Free Range Roasted Turkey with sweet potato hash, corn bread stuffing and cranberry port sauce or Pan Roasted Seabass with saffron and sugar pea risotto and beurre blanc or Tenderloin of Beef with colcannon, grilled asparagus and forest mushroom demi glace · Dessert options will include a traditional Pumpkin Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream or a Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee Reservations are required for The Old House Thanksgiving dinner.
