LOCATION: The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico at an elevation of 7,200 feet at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Founded in 1612, Santa Fe is the oldest capital city in the United States. The AAA Four Diamond hotel is conveniently located in downtown Santa Fe, just two blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, and only a one-hour drive from Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ), which is served by seven major commercial carriers. The hotel is also located just 14 miles from Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) which offers non-stop service to Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW) and Los Angeles (LAX). Guests arriving in Albuquerque can also travel to the hotel via the New Mexico Rail Runner Express train.

Agave Lounge: Opening daily at 11:30 a.m., Agave Lounge provides a sophisticated, contemporary and vibrant setting where guests can enjoy appetizers such as Crunchy Ginger Pork Wontons or Green Chile Cheese Kobe Sliders along with specialty cocktails and an extensive list of wines by the glass. Agave is also known for its signature margaritas, including the “Centennial,” which is made with Camarena Reposado and was created to honor New Mexico’s 100th anniversary as a state. The Old House Restaurant: As one of Santa Fe’s most celebrated restaurants, The Old House offers contemporary fine dining with a Southwestern flair in an inviting setting accented by firelight and original artwork. A favorite dining venue of hotel guests, visitors and locals alike, The Old House has been honored by Zagat and has received the Robert Mondavi Culinary Award of Excellence and the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine in recognition of the restaurant’s extensive wine list. Under the expert direction of Executive Chef Anthony Smith and Chef de Cuisine Evan Doughty, the menu features specialties such as 28 day dry aged ribeye steaks and contemporary global cuisine featuring the freshest seasonal and regional ingredients from nearby artisan farms. The Old House is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
NIDAH SPA: The full-service, 4,300 square foot Nidah Spa is located onsite at the hotel. Nidah, which is the Native American word for “your life,” uses treatment ingredients that draw on the natural healing properties of stones, plants and herbs that have flourished for centuries in the Santa Fe region. In Spanish history, El Dorado was the “Lost City of Gold,” and to honor this legend, Nidah offers a signature “Spun Gold” massage that includes the application of Eldorado 24K gold dust body lotion. Other unique treatments include the Chocolate Mole Mud Wrap and Massage, the En-wraptured Turquoise Gemstone Wrap and the Chile & Honey Wrap. The spa offers a full menu of massages, facials, scrubs, wraps and hair and nail services, as well as a couple’s treatment suite and a spa boutique. Spa hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
MEETINGS: Eldorado Hotel & Spa offers more than 22,000 square feet of meeting space in 12 unique spaces. The largest is the 6,488 square foot Pavilion, an open air courtyard that can also be enclosed and heated for events that take place in cooler months. The hotel also has three ballrooms, including the Anasazi Ballroom, which is the largest ballroom in Santa Fe. The hotel’s three boardrooms are equipped with wall-mounted 52" LCD HDTVs, and the connections for computers and video equipment are conveniently built into the rooms’ conference tables. Other spaces available within the hotel include DeVargas Room, the Sunset Room with natural lighting, and the spacious rooftop Presidential Patio.
Audio/Visual and Business Services: A wide array of services, including networked high-speed T1 Internet access, dedicated ISDN lines for videoconferencing, and DID telephone lines are available. The business center is open 24 hours for self service use, and additional services, such as shipping and technical support, are available during regular business hours.
Destination Management Services: The hotel’s conference services department can assist groups with a wide range of services, including airport transportation, meet & greet and hospitality desk staffing, spouse programs, VIP amenities and recreational activities.
Offsite Catering: The hotel can also provide complete catering services for groups that wish to hold offsite events at venues such as the Santa Fe Convention Center, Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, Palace of the Governors and The Santa Fe Opera.
GREEN PRACTICES: Eldorado Hotel & Spa takes great pride in being environmentally responsible and is a partner member of the Green Hotels Association. The hotel’s environmental practices include the use of energy-efficient lighting, the implementation of a recycling program, a reduction in the use of bottled water and the elimination of Styrofoam products.
Fitness Center: Located near the swimming pool patio, Eldorado's fitness center offers much of the same equipment guests would find in their favorite gym back home, including treadmills, weight machine, stair machines and free weights. An overhead television along with panoramic views of downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding landscape help make any exercise routine more enjoyable.
Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub: Located on the rooftop above the hotel’s fifth floor, the heated pool and hot tub offer a relaxing retreat where guests can take a dip while taking in the Santa Fe skyline.
