Eldorado Dining

From light fare to share at Agave Lounge to contemporary fine dining at the award-winning

Old House restaurant, the Eldorado offers tantalizing options for every taste

SANTA FE, NM . . . Whether guests are in search of drinks and appetizers in a fun contemporary setting or the ambiance of a fine dining experience enjoyed fireside, Eldorado Hotel & Spa can serve it up with true Santa Fe flair, thanks to London-born Executive Chef Anthony Smith and California native Evan Doughty, Chef de Cuisine.

Opening daily at 11:30 a.m., Agave Lounge at Eldorado Hotel & Spa provides a sophisticated and vibrant setting where guests can sample delicious appetizers such as Crunchy Ginger Pork Wontons or Green Chile Cheese Kobe Sliders along with specialty cocktails, an extensive list of wines by the glass and signature tequilas. Agave is also known for its signature margaritas, including the “Centennial,” which is made with Camarena Reposado and honors New Mexico’s 100th anniversary as a state. Visit to view Agave’s current menu.

The Old House, one of Santa Fe’s most celebrated restaurants, specializes in globally-inspired cuisine enhanced by the fresh, local flavors of Santa Fe. A favorite dining venue of hotel guests, visitors and locals alike, the Old House has been honored by Zagat and has received the Robert Mondavi Culinary Award of Excellence. The restaurant has also received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine in recognition of its extensive wine list, which includes an excellent selection of wines from around the world.

With a quick scan of the Old House menus, guests will find tempting options such as Blue Corn Pinon Pancakes with Apricot & Pecan Honey Sauce for breakfast and a Southwest Smoked Turkey Wrap for lunch. Samples of signature specialties served for dinner include Lobster and Spring Pea Ravioli with Truffle Crema and Corn Splash and 28-Day Dry Aged Ribeye with Hatch Green Chile Mac and Cheese. The restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus also feature healthy spa-inspired items as well as two-course vegetarian meals.

The icing on the cake? Guests who save enough room for dessert may want to indulge in a sweet treat such as Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with Seasonal Berries & Crisp Butter Cookie, or a Caramelized Banana Split with Dark Rum Drizzle.

The Old House restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Since menus are based on the use of fresh, local ingredients, they change seasonally. For more information or to make reservations, visit or call 505-995-4530
